As we go through life and discover what makes our lives worthwhile, no matter what our experiences we will always find time to laugh about our experienes as women. Unique experiences that we not share with everyone, perhaps just with a few close friends as we giggle over coffee as Panera or Starbucks. It’s a refuge for the 5 minutes of freedom, part girl and part woman. It’s those brief moments over coffee that we allow ourselves to be defined not as wives or mothers or sisters or business owners or employees; but as woman. If we are lucky enough to have a friend with who can break away from our adult life for the same 5 minutes and talk about the adventures of being a women.
Married or single, these adventures could be everyday adventures, they could be memories of a past life without comittments and responsibilities. Most of us may only have one story to share but I guarantee we will all get a good giggle out of these stories, sometimes shed a tear of laughter, perhaps even feel sadness. Its about comradery, in a culture that encourages even the youngest girl to compete with her fellow girlfriend, lets unite and make fun of it all!
The Wanker Diaries 
I like this Idea. I try to get together with a group of women friends at a wine bar. Every time there is a different group & a mixture of anglophones & Francophones. We chat about the things that are hapening in our lives, give each other ideas & have a good laugh, not to mention the good wine!! It’s great to get out away from kids & husbands for a couple of hours.
