This week was the beginning of a physical transformation in my life and as exciting as it is, it was exhausting. Exhaustion from physical exertion is so much more rewarding than energy vampire exhaustion.

Feeling good about ourselves changes the way we communicate with others and in turn their reaction to us.

So if everyone seems different, it is because you are acting differently. Or perhaps old friends start driving you crazy, it usually means that you have grown and they haven’t.

In any case, you will start to attract new friends into your life that will have the same attitude that you now have. You are set to grow.

Let go of the past and embrace the future. Leave the Wanker behind.
